"Cocktail bar and saloon on the north end of Upper Street. There are a few cocktail bars in the area (homeboy, ladybird) but this one is probably the most relaxed and classic. Also the most inconspicuous. Decorated in a Parisian / continental cosmopolitan style c. 1920's. Drinks list is on the more conventional side, but reasonably priced for the area. None of the silly modern tricks, like the huge ice cubes etc... Food similarly not too expensive. Was very busy the night I visited, despite other places being quiet. Staff were nice, helpful and more on the laid back side of attentiveness. Nice place"
